The following is the official communication policy of Conversion Creatives, applicable to all clients:
1. Conversion Creatives does not have a business phone number. If you are one of the few clients that has access to the founder's personal line, know that he does not accept text messages or calls before 11am ET (8am PT / 9am MT / 10am CT), after 5pm ET (2pm PT / 3pm MT / 4pm CT), or on weekends.
Repeated failures to observe this policy will result in your number being blocked and future calls occurring only during scheduled times on a conference line.
2. We rarely take calls before 11am ET (8am PT / 9am MT / 10am CT), after 5pm ET (2pm PT / 3pm MT / 4pm CT), or on weekends with incredibly few exceptions. Emails & slack messages may or may not be read or answered outside these hours, though they typically are left till business hours resume.
3. Same-day availability is virtually nonexistent, barring a true emergency.
4. Preferred forms of communication are:
Direct phone calls or texts should be reserved for infrequent, urgent messages, such as “I got caught in traffic and will be 5 minutes late for our update meeting, my apologies!”, and should never be made outside the hours specified.
5. You can expect a response to requests and messages within two business days. Lack of constant availability is critical to doing the deep work of producing high-quality content, strategy, and more.
6. We do not provide daily or weekly updates. Reporting is done on a monthly or (in rare cases & at additional cost) bi-weekly basis.
7. Requests for additional calls beyond regularly scheduled update calls will be considered, but are not guaranteed, and will be billed at an hourly rate.
This does not apply if a Conversion Creatives representative has requested an additional meeting for information gathering or some other purpose.
8. If you cannot attend one of our regularly scheduled update meetings, it is expected that you let us know at least one day beforehand if at all possible.
